3.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide truthful and accurate information during registration and at all times thereafter. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
3.4 KYC Verification. nijisanji may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. nijisanji accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and direct bank transfers to participating Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).
4.2 Prohibited Payment Methods. nijisanji does not accept deposits via credit cards for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations. Cryptocurrency of any kind is not accepted as a payment method on the nijisanji Platform.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. nijisanji reserves the right to modify minimum deposit amounts at any time.
4.4 Deposit Processing. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your nijisanji account within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to process depending on the originating bank.
4.5 Own Funds. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your nijisanji account are your own personal funds and are not derived from any illegal activity. nijisanji reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are available to verified nijisanji account holders who have met all applicable wagering requirements and completed any required KYC verification. nijisanji reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending verification.
5.2 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. nijisanji may, at its discretion, process withdrawals via an alternative method where the original method is unavailable.

7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the nijisanji Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay matters.
7.2 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure, nijisanji reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the corresponding stakes to the player's account. nijisanji shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the refund of the affected stake.

12.3 Limitation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, nijisanji's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your nijisanji account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.4 Consequential Damages. nijisanji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, even if nijisanji has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
13.1 By nijisanji. nijisanji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or failure to complete KYC verification.
13.2 By the Player. You may close your nijisanji account at any time by contacting nijisanji customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to verification and applicable withdrawal conditions) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for any reason, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply, including but not limited to Sections 8, 10, 11, 12, and 14.
14.1 Applicable Law. These Terms and your use of the nijisanji Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Dispute Resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines.
14.3 Regulatory Oversight. nijisanji operates within the framework of Philippine gaming regulations. Players who have unresolved complaints may escalate their concerns to PAGCOR or the relevant Philippine regulatory authority.
